What areas do you service?

I’m based in Toowoomba and service weddings across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba. I’m also happy to chat about locations outside of these areas.

How far in advance should I book?

Every wedding is different, but I recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date. For day-of coordination especially, the earlier we can get involved, the more time we have to understand your plans and prepare everything behind the scenes.

Do you only plan weddings from the beginning?

Not at all! My services are designed for different stages of the planning process, whether you need ongoing planning support, help with styling or someone to take over the coordination closer to your wedding day.

Can I customise a package?

Absolutely. Every couple and wedding is different, so if you’re looking for something slightly outside of my listed packages, get in touch and we can chat about what you need.

Do you work with our existing vendors?

Absolutely. I’m happy to coordinate with the vendors you’ve already booked and work alongside your chosen team to help everything come together smoothly.

When do you start working with us for the Seamless Celebration?

We’ll work together ahead of your wedding to go through your plans, timeline and vendor details so that I can step in confidently and take care of the coordination on the day.

Do you provide the decorations and styling items?

This unfortunately isn’t available yet. But i’m more than happy to chat about your vision and help sourcing setting up & styling.

Do you attend the rehearsal?

This can depend on your venue and package. We can discuss whether rehearsal attendance would be beneficial for your wedding during the planning process.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I love travelling for weddings and service areas beyond Toowoomba. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
